Located at the periphery of the Black Butte Ranch community, this contemporary home is arranged to maximize protected views of Black Butte, Mt Washington and Three Finger Jack. Influenced by the client’s environmental attitude of ‘leave no trace’, the landscape design is imbued with a light touch. Subtle interventions paired with natural materials like stone, wood and native plants strengthen the interplay of the organized spaces with the surrounding high desert landscape.
