The Aurora is a 93-unit affordable housing development led by local non-profit Human Solutions, who partners with and advocates for communities impacted by poverty through investment in affordable housing. The site design incorporates a small ground-level public terrace, private courtyard, and on-site parking. The private courtyard is anchored by a small play area featuring resilient surfacing, play structures, and outdoor seating.
